Hello. My name is Dr Shantanu Panigrahi, a freelance biological scientist who abandoned laboratory-based research in 1998 following an 18 year career in Toxicology and Animal Nutrition at the Natural Resources Institute (Government of the United Kingdom, and subsequently, part of the University of Greenwich) and having conducted doctoral research at the University of Reading. I devote my time to studying Science from my own unique perspective of Environmental Science having obtained a Post-Graduate Diploma in Agricultural Development in 2004 and having done special studies on Environmental Science and Livestock Development all of which being achieved from London University with Distinction.

I blog my views (see http://shantanup.wordpress.com/)  and hope to secure further discussion of the topics that most interest me in Abiogenesis and Evolution. My objective is to assist mankind to the highest level of ‘Knowledge for World Conservation’ that it is possible to attain within our lifetimes.
